Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: PLEASE REVIEW ALL POLICIES PRIOR TO BOOKING CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY To ensure appointment availability for all guests and to respect the time reserved exclusively for you, the following policies apply to all appointments. • A non-refundable booking fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total is required to reserve your appointment. • If you cancel your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited. • If you need to reschedule, your booking fee may be transferred to a new appointment provided notice is given at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. • Guests who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) will forfeit their booking fee and may be required to prepay future appointments in full. • Multiple cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows may result in restrictions on future booking privileges. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occasionally arise. However, our cancellation policy allows us to respect the time of our providers and accommodate other guests who may be waiting for appointments. CREDIT CARD PROCESSING POLICY Cash and check are always welcome. For guest convenience, credit card payments are accepted; however, a 3.5% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions, including booking fees and service payments. This fee is retained entirely by the payment processor and is not collected by Sozo Restorative. Debit cards may not be used for online booking deposits or for transactions subject to a credit card processing fee. Guests are responsible for ensuring that a credit card is used when required. Guests wishing to avoid processing fees may pay by cash or check. BOOKING AGREEMENT By scheduling an appointment with Sozo Restorative Integrative Wellness Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these policies.
